December 6th meeting

We had a festive evening celebrating the induction of our 26^th member.  We welcomed Sharon Beach to our club.  Sharon’s husband, Brian, is a member of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunrise – but Sharon decided a morning meeting is NOT for her!  And we are so glad she joined our evening club!  We also celebrated Liz May’s December birthday with holiday cupcakes.  Our speaker was Paula Ambre who shared very interesting information about The Maui Farm.  We learned about this wonderful place for families in need.  We learned that we have a new “CFO” – Chief Fun Officer – Nina Paolo will be in charge of our monthly socials.  We also are going to be “Secret Santas” for a number of children in need at the Early Head Start Program at the Lahaina Homeless Shelter.
