We are pleased to welcome new member Nina Paolo!

Recently retired from a 26-year career with IBM in Northern California, Nina moved to Maui in September but her love for Hawaii began as a teenager while visiting her Navy brother on Oahu for summers and holidays. Her IBM roles led her to work closely with Hawaiian universities. As an IT Services Manager, she hired 75 percent of her department from the University of Hawaii and Hawaii Pacific University, as well as talent from Oahu and Hilo. She also became IBM's first Campus Relationship Manager for Hawaii Pacific University and she is passionate about business development, mentorship and encouraging success for early career women.

She was joined at the ceremony by her husband Silvio Paolo and inducted by Rotary Assistant District Governor Wendy Hornack. Nancy Montoya served as Paolo’s membership sponsor.
