Community Relations Director for Mahi Pono to speak at April 6th Virtual Meeting
Tiare Lawrence will make a presentation to the Zoom meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6th.    
 
Lawrence is born and raised on Maui, in high school she had a passion for agriculture and became the president of Lahainaluna High school FFA (future farmers of America) program. Over the last decade she has been a strong advocate for food security, environmental sustainability, and affordable housing. Mahi Pono is a farming company working to transform 41,000 acres of vacant former sugar cane land into a thriving hub of diversified agriculture.  Lawrence will share details about the operations and will answer questions after her presentation.
